Calcium Required For Our Body

You have more calcium in your body than other minerals. Calcium has many important positions. The body stores about 100% of its calcium between bones and teeth to help maintain them and keep them strong.

Some are packed throughout the body with blood, muscle, and fluid between cells. Your body needs calcium to help muscles and tendons reach and grow, release chemicals and catalysts, and send messages through the nervous system.

It is important to get plenty of calcium from the sources of food you eat. Calcium-rich foods include:

Dairy products such as milk, cheddar, and yogurt

Raw, raw vegetables

The fish with the soft bones you eat, such as canned sardines and salmon

Sources of calcium, for example, breakfast oats, natural product juices, soy and rice drinks, and tofu. Check item marks.

The amount of calcium you need depends on your age and different nutrients. Adolescents and teens need more calcium than older teens. Many experienced women need a lot of calcium to prevent osteoporosis.

People who do not eat foods that have enough calcium should take a calcium supplement.
