20 Heart Healthy Dinners You'll Want to Make Forever
As you can see, it makes more sense than most people believe that a healthy meal is just about the heart. We have all learned our way through our hearts and this should be no surprise at all! In fact, eating out of your house is one thing that most of us are guilty of! However, we don't need to limit ourselves by restricting what or where we eat. There is so much more to it!
When I was in college, I knew that if I didn't eat well. I knew that my health would suffer. And, it did! My parents didn't want anything to do with me as an adult because I wasn’t doing great on the weekend. They wanted me to enjoy my time, but not at any price. At least they thought that.
However, when I started making healthier meals for myself, I saw why their attitude towards such dieting went down so fast! I could actually make them very tasty and a treat even though it's healthier for the body. The best part? Even though it looks complicated, you can really do it! All you need is some simple ingredients and some cooking tricks! Of course, you must follow the guidelines provided, but here are some ideas that everyone should try.
These were the first three that I tried:
The Tofu
Foie gras pannaise
Burgers
This sounds obvious but when I told myself that I would like to share them with everyone, I felt that this would really help to spread the word and it helps in many ways. First of all, I hope that there are enough people who can follow the recipes for these. Second, I wanted to write about them so that we can learn. Third, it gives you all the options, so if you do choose one of them, you know exactly what you will end up with.
As soon as I heard about this recipe, I started practicing. Every day, I made small changes to the recipes to keep things interesting. For example, I ended up adding extra virgin olive oil instead of water, which helped in both taste and flavor-lover. Then, I added garlic powder. If I was too lazy to cook with the grill, I would add salt, pepper, and all my favorite other spices! After a few tries, I got a good amount of enjoyment out of making these despite being so hard to work to prepare. I think that this is a very healthy breakfast, especially if you choose fried eggs. This is also the perfect way to start the week or weekend as we all need to get out. It means that you can eat right away, without having to wait for brunch. But, to be honest, this is the better choice for those after the weekend and looking for a quick and easy dinner.
The Mashed Potatoes
Mashed potatoes, for all, including yours! (I have yet to find a healthy mashed potato!)
I’m still trying to figure out how to cook this dish with vegetables such as carrots, peas, sprouts or onions, squash, or whatever vegetables your heart desires. Sometimes I try to cook with meat, occasionally with chicken or fish, but never bacon. When I do use bacon, I usually go for sweet stuff; sometimes butter and cheese, sometimes sausage, ham, or sausage meatballs.
This recipe serves two, so you can feed six or seven people in total! Have a look at this list below and decide if it’s something you guys might enjoy.
The Fried Egg
The egg is sliced into pieces and then fried in French fries.
This might sound strange when you hear what kind of food I made today, but trust me, it really helps to improve the quality of life! One thing I would probably change if I had to make this myself again is the size of the eggs. I personally love large egg breasts, which help to control their weight and make them so tender. On the other hand, if you prefer smaller egg halves, this helps them stay fresher longer. So, check out this list and decide and the perfect size!
The Baked Fish
The whole thing!
I have no clue anymore how to cook this. Maybe I want to find someone who knows how to cook the egg better and I will come back and do that. But, I am just sure that I will have to learn that from YouTube and other websites. Anyway, I have always loved fried fish and I love everything done with it. I am definitely a fan of crispy fish that is coated in herbs and spices. It even feels delicious! One of the most important factors to consider when it comes to preparing these fried fish is the size of your fry pan.
To make them crispy, you will need five tablespoons of oil and three tablespoons of vinegar combined together. Put them in a bowl and let them cool slightly. Dip each piece with the oil and vinegar onto the battered fish. Finally, place them on a plate and cover them with cold water, making sure that all the pieces of dried herbs are submerged. Leave them alone until they are perfectly cooked. If you like a different sauce, add some plain mustard. Or, if you don't like it plain at all, don't forget to drizzle on some salt, red pepper flakes, and hot water if needed.
This recipe is pretty old, but it truly serves well and I have been able to make it over and over again!
The Spiced Olive Oil
A little sprinkle of cinnamon, ginger, thyme, oregano, salt, turmeric, and cloves
And... the secret ingredient: Olive Ojo
The Ojo is a Spanish seasoning that has been used centuries since the 1500s. Its popularity has only begun in Greece during the Greek war. Ancient Greeks used it to taste the sea and it also made wonderful foods that were rich in vitamin C. Since Ancient times is more than 2000 years ago, spices such as oleoresin, bay leaves, cloves, basil, mint, chives, and thyme have been used widely on average to improve the food we eat nowadays. Ojo is basically a mix of basil leaves, parsley, leeks, onion, and garlic. Many of its parts come from Africa. The main ingredient is olive oil. The spices used in it are cinnamon; ginger; paprika and chili peppers.
But, how do the spices mentioned above really work? The main ingredient that contains spice is olive oil; we might not know it, but every plant has olive oils to use in its life. Olive oil is actually quite fatty and has been described as oily, although I would only say that these days! In the world of modern science, we know that it does not contain any fat, which makes them extremely healthy. Another reason that I liked Ojo as a cure for some diseases is the ability of a natural remedy to fight against them. Certain drugs indeed contain the same compounds as Ojo. However, we don't usually find these drugs in the form of medicine, but we often find them in the form of Ojo.
tips to get an idea of what to do with your ingredients:
Always take care of your ingredients before blending them
Don't burn the butter
Don't let them foam
Don't pour too hot liquids
Don't add salty condiments or sugar
Always clean the blender while mixing eggs
The Chilly Cream and Rice requires a basic mixture of milk, cream, and salt. Combine milk (chicken) with vanilla, spices, and sugar until the mixture becomes smooth. Once it’s mixed, stir in vanilla extract. Whisk the mixture for at least 30 minutes until it thickens and becomes luscious. Using ice cubes is essential to keep the consistency of it thick! Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes to chill. Lastly, add white rice and you will find you can make a man more relaxed.
He takes an Ojo massage in his hands or eats it for breakfast or lunch. It also relaxes muscles and promotes blood flow to an area in the muscle. Some people believe that drinking olives keep you free from cancer! However, research proves that this is not an effective remedy and Ojo can only help in small doses (100 ml to 300 ml). What is amazing about using Ojo, though, is that it doesn't even require effort anymore. Just heat olive oil, cinnamon, ginger, thyme, oregano, salt, turmeric, and cloves until all the spices turn golden brown. This is done automatically using oil instead of water. Again, the main ingredient is olive oil.
I'm going to make something with these flavors called "Spicey Peanut Butter." To make it, I will boil peanut butter, add salt and mix well to create a nice paste. A spoonful of this sauce will be sufficient to have a couple of munchkins. Now, I'm planning on putting this spiced olive oil in the freezer for a long period of time. Then I will go for something that tastes spicy but I'm going to put some cayenne in it. I guess next year I'm going to give it a full spin-off.
The Chilly Cream and Rice

This might be one of my first attempts at making homemade ice cream. The process is actually simpler than most people seem to think. Before starting off with it, check out these five yourselves with a fluffy, cheesy, and creamy version of this Chilly Cream.
You can find a variety of frozen bananas, strawberries, pineapples, and pineapples. Most of these are found either frozen or fresh. Either way, once they are thaw, you can put them in the blender.
